Each office will be cleaned six times a week, with each session lasting 2 hours. The schedule is rotated to ensure service for all offices. The tasks of janitorial staff include wiping, dusting equipment, shining glass doors, collecting trash, neatly arranging decorations, vacuuming floors and carpets, and cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and toilets.

Additionally, customers can request other services such as carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning, stone floor polishing, and stair railing polishing. The number of staff and service time will be advised based on the customer’s apartment size.

Green Space provides a comprehensive monthly janitorial service package for upscale condominiums. Each apartment will be cleaned three times a week, for three hours each session, on a rotating schedule to serve all residents. This comprehensive package helps residents save monthly cleaning costs and ensures meticulous care for their space. By applying the comprehensive janitorial service package to condominiums, Green Space offers discounts from 20% to 30% on daily cleaning fees.
